General Conditions

Advance booking is recommended as class spaces are limited.

A minimum notice period of 24 hours is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Missed classes without sufficient notice may be forfeited.

Classes unattended due to late arrival are not eligible for credits or refunds.

Flow Canela reserves the right to amend class schedules, instructors,

or terms and conditions at any time.

By booking any of our classes, participants agree to comply

with all Flow Canela’s Terms and Conditions.

Full Pass / Basic Course (12 Classes)

Includes 12 Basic Cali-style Classes.

Pass is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

If you missed one of the classes, make-up classes are permitted only when scheduled within the same week as the missed class, subject to class availability.

Make-up sessions cannot be carried over beyond the validity period.

Classes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Flow Pass (4 Classes)

 

Includes 4 Salsa Flow Classes only.

Pass is valid for 2 months from the date of purchase.

Any unused classes will expire automatically after the 2-month validity period.

If you missed one of the classes, make-up classes may be booked within one month of the missed class, subject to availability.

This pass cannot be used for Basic Classes or other specialty classes unless otherwise stated.

Classes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

 

4 Class Pass (4 Classes)

Includes 4 Classes only, except Salsa flow classes

​Pass is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

Any unused classes will expire automatically after the 3-month validity period.

If you missed one of the classes, make-up classes are permitted only when scheduled within the same week as the missed class, subject to class availability.

Make-up sessions cannot be carried over beyond the validity period.

Classes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
